A2EI shares Impact Survey Bot as an open source tool

We are pleased to announce that the Access to Energy Institute (A2EI) is sharing their Impact Survey Bot (ISB) as an open source tool!

Having thoroughly tested the ISB in our own energy sector work, we are excited to now be in the position to make the ISB openly available to the sector as a fully digital survey and customer relation tool, allowing for direct interaction with your target group.

The ISB:

• is flexible and simple to set up;
• offers fully digital and automated interaction, as well as data storage and analysis;
• allows for multiple languages and individual branding;
• can be used for anything from surveying to customer onboarding or remote troubleshooting.
