Prospect officially recognised as a digital public good

We are proud that Prospect has officially been recognised as a digital public good by the Digital Public Goods Alliance (DPGA).

This recognition reflects our commitment to open source, open access, digital solutions for inclusive development. It signifies Prospect is open, adoptable, aligned with privacy and other applicable best practices, and of high relevance for the achievement of the SDGs.

As a digital public good, Prospect is part of a growing ecosystem of open-source solutions supporting sustainable digital transformation. We are excited to collaborate with developers of diverse other digital public goods to address pressing challenges and advance energy access, energy transition, and climate action.

The Digital Public Goods Standard is a set of specifications and guidelines designed to maximise consensus about whether a digital solution conforms to the definition of a digital public good. More on the website of the DPGA: digitalpublicgoods.net
